Return and Refunds

In accordance with the following revocation instruction a right of revocation only exists if you are a consumer. According to §13 BGB (German Civil Code), a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. In this case you have the right to revoke the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge you any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this agreement. Return address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. In this case you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
